Na naaaaa nanana nana naaa naana...
Things have been going pretty well over here at PINKrutabaga headquarters. While at A-kon, several of you blessed people filled out surveys for us, which was really awesome. Thank you! But now I've got to combine all that info into some format that actually means something. Spreadsheets. shudder ...Ocular bleeding has occurred.
In other news, for some reason, it's now illegal to videotape policemen. A man was arrested for videotaping a policeman pulling him over. The man had reason to be pulled over, and the policeman wasn't rude.
So what was wrong with being videotaped? According to the proponents of this particular law, it's to keep the policemen safe from harm (e.g., people posting them on websites like youtube etc, causing face recognition.)
I just wonder if these are the same people that tell us that the only reason you should be afraid of the government spying on your conversations is if you're a criminal.
Oh, please. Wake up! If the policeman isn't doing anything wrong, then no amount of videos is going to endanger his life. The only people this law can help are crooked cops. This (and the Patriot Act for that matter) is a blatant abuse of power, and it's gross.
I'll step off my soap box now, but that is just rediculous.

That is one of the more adorable comics yet. I don't get where it's coming from but i still understand whats going on (if that makes ANY sence) but yeah. Cute! i love it ^_^
